Thats great news Nik, you got your PR without any pain, cannot ask for more, you have probably built back up to that over the last few weeks of strength training, now next cycle you will go past it. :highfive:

Thanks Scott, I was thinking the same thing. I just built back up to it. Happy with the lift and no pain though.

I only got 25reps and missed 5 reps.

I'm pretty sore form yesterday. I'm not doing the press workout on the mainpage. I will probably do todays workout form Mikes gym and work my oly a bit.

Brady will probably want to do football, but today is a rest day, we will see.

Hip streches. 16min of hip streches
That piegon pose,
couch strech with foot on wall
wall squat with feet on wall

rolled my back
and left glute.

Yes this overhead workout is too some the hardest they put out there (Kirez once said this). lots of volume to jump back on.
