I'm debating on the weight to use...women's rx or men's rx.

My gf just did it with 55lbs (cleans are pretty new to her), and got through 3 rounds + 8 squat cleans

So there's something to shoot for if you use a similar weight

It depends on your max, it is an all out sprint, you don't want to be waisting time staring at the bar.

Late posting 3:00 break.

Hang squat snaches 3x3 with 65lbs working form.

5x1 front squat 205lbs.

DU practice.

I ended up with 4 full rounds using 65. Those were so hard, I'm really sore and ready for that rest day.

Oh man, you said it. I am so freakin sore right now. My shoulder feel like minced meat. Legs are wrecked!!


Someone tell me I'm not the only one beat up from this cycle!!

good thing I didn't do that wod then nik lol. My girlfriend convinced me not to do it today or yesterday. I'm just gonna do a double under ladder and the burgener warmup today to stay losose. What are u up to today?

ME? I don't know what I'm doing, foam rolling for an hour sounds good to me. I'm really sore.

What time is your comp tomorrow? Anything new posted?
