10:00 break
Squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 305lbs(138k) x3 x3 x1 x3 that was fun. I am just starting to feel good again and have a bit of energy. I have not been doing my 5/3/1 for a month because of injury and a cold, so I went for a 3x3 today. The single set was a missed second rep. Careless mistake, I went forward and lost the rep. I then reracked it and went on for the third set. It was all easy and I had more in the tank, alot more by the feel of it. |

21-15-9 reps of: 225 pound Deadlift Handstand push-ups time 7:28 with game standard HSPUs last time 6:37 with game standars on the HSPUs. last time 5:58 last time 7:33 last time 12:17 last last time 11:14 First round HSPUs unbroken, the rest were sets. To long of breaks in between exercises, breathing hard and heart pounding a but, but ok, I rested to get them more under controll, and it took its toll on the time. I did not get to give blood today, I will have to go back tomorrow to do it in the morning, so I will miss my warm up again tomorrow. |

Thanks, I am starting to see a trend though. Once I get to the doctor and get this whole biz sorted out I will be good. I find in metcons though, once my heart rate goes up I get all spooked and back off to make sure I'm not over doing it on the heart. Once I get a clean bill of health, I will be able to hit the metcon with some confidence, in stead of doubt. I just have to wait and get it all sorted. |

I suppose that's a decent excuse for taking an extra breath during a metcon, a better excuse than I have anyways. Hope you run out of excuses soon.

Ok well I just got in, I gave my blood to be tested and see the doctor on Friday to hope to get this all sorted. Off to get a quick warm up in.

short one 20 GHDs 20 back ext 10 HSPUs rolled my bck 2:00min rolled piriformis 2:00mins a side rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side squats bar x3 135lbs x3 Heel still giving me fits. I am rolling my ham and ball in knee pit for it. |
