Re: Nik
Lunch
for time 9/6/3 dead lift at 185lbs(84k) Muscle ups time 6:22 3 misses on the muscle ups all muscle ups singles because of grip. It is cold here and the rings were slick. So I could not grip for reps and they are to low got the no false grip Mus. Deads easy and light and were there to break the muscle ups. I picked that weight because I did ''heavy'' deads yesterday and lighter deads the day before. Like I said, I just wanted something to break the MUs.
How come you did not touch n go, you can keep good form with them at that weight? |

Eh really just to practice form, you are right, touch and go are easy at that weight. I just did it to be a purest I guess. Just to have strict form. I am more about the MUs which i had no grip on them or I'd have had a FAST time. I used the deads for a break for the Mus no more. So being strict I guess gave it a more technical aspect. |

probably so on the grip. I'm not against touch and go at all. I do like the strict reps in training though. Stronger harder reps so when it comes to comps tuch and go is so much easier. |

A.M. warm up
10 HSPUs 20 GHDs 20 Back ext 10 HSPUs 20 abmat situps 20 push ups 20 squats rolled my back 2:00min rolled piriformis 2:00min rolled hip flexers 2:00min squat bar x3 135lbs x3 hips, glutes. hams, middle back all sore today. I think the squats and weighted lunges did their work. Still have the clod, still feeling a bit tired, but good to go. The whole blood thing is still in flux. My doctor appointment is the 15th, and if I figure right, it will be the beginning of testing not the answer, still I will be glad to get it all sorted out. |
