light dead lift 135lbs x3 185lbs x3 235lbs x10 just to get the movement and see how my upper back would hold up. All reps dead stop regrip. |

A.M. warm up
10 HSPUs 30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 30 ab matt situps 27 position squat matrix 10 HSPUs 10 wide C2B dead hangs 30 pushups 10 close over hand dead hangs rolled my back 2:00min rolled piriformis 2:00min a side rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side squat bar x3 135lbs x3 feeling rough today. No energy, felt like throwing up during the warm up. Stuped cold. If I don't feel better by 10:00 break, I will take a rest day. Oh I did sleep a bit better last night, though I did wake up coughing alot ect. |

daily squat 135lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 335lbs(152k) x1 rough but ok. Last rep getting better with the knees. The cold has be weak, after every rep my heart was beating hard, and I had to take a bit longer to get ready for the next rep. Still happy to get it done. |

Glad to get to 5 reps, I wanted 10 but it was all I had for the 5. bench press bar x10 135lbs x3 185lbs x3 205lbs x3 225lbs(102k) x3 x2 x3 like I said, I am just tired from my cold. Happy to get something done. |
