[B]Endurance[/B] My daughter and I particpated in the second annual San Antonio 110 9/11 Memorial Climb. Due to a recent power outage, the coordinators changed the venue from the Tower of the Americas to our Alamodome. We had good participation from first responders to military to housewives and students. Great tribute to those lost some thirteen years ago.... It covered 3.5 miles, and I wore my weight vest. Burned a good 2000+ cals ;) [B]WOD[/B] "Lest We Forget" For Time 11 reps each DB Thrusters 30#/hand Push ups Pull ups KBS 50# RDL 75# PC 75# FS 75# PP 75# Burpees 2001m Run (1.25 mi) Completed in 13:39 [B]Conditioning[/B] 30 minutes of interval training The kid is exhausted....:yawn::holysheep: |

I planned some snatch work anyhow.... Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 75-95-115-130-145-150-160(f) I need to work at it but did pretty decent. :cool: It's definitely not a strongsuit and I won't be losing nay sleep over missing that last one. I still need to rebuild shoulder strength and work mobility. |

I couldn't pass up the opportunity to run in 66 degrees in September...in south Texas;) [B]Endurance[/B] :run: I ran an old route this morning. I still remembered my waypoints....3 miles in 26:26. The first mile was horrible!!! It was so laborous at 9:45. I felt extremely strong on the back end and clocked sub 8:30 pace for the last two miles!!!:kicking0: [B]WOD[/B] 4 rds 6 Front squats 190# 8 Good morns 35# |

[B]Endurance [/B]:run: I had an excellent run this morning!!! Logged 33:59 over 4 miles; fastest time since May. Last mile had some incline, so it slowed me a bit....I was maintaining a sub 8:30 pace until the last half mile. Very satisfied though. [B]WOD[/B] 3 rds 5 pull ups 10 power cleans 115# 15 DUs |
