Hey Nina...have you always gotten lightheaded around that time or is this new now that you've Paleo-fied? Have you had blood sugar management issues in the past? What were you eating before?

Just curious.

Yes I have. After a workout ( before paleo) or even between meals I am quite symptomatic. I actually work in medicine and would probably diagnose myself with some symptomatic hypoglycemia. Any suggestions?

My mother is prone to that as well. What seems to work for her is to not go too long between meals, and to avoid foods that cause blood sugar spikes, because they lead to blood sugar crashes later on. It's also important to *eat something* if she feels that low blood sugar shakiness coming on, because it only gets worse if she doesn't.
