Brand new to CrossFit....I will be following the "scaled" wod from "Brand X"

Height 5-10
Weight 220
Waste 38"


Today's WOD

Walking Lunges 75 meters:

69 strides

4min 26sec

They were a lot harder than I thought they were going to be. Good thing I checked my ego at the door.

Completed 4 sets of:

10X Tuck Jumps
10X Sit Ups
10X Back Extensions

(would have completed 5, but some workout bunny jumped on the Back Extension platform...and decided to fix her hair...) :ranting2:

Maybe its time to think about cleaning out the garage!!

Clean Bar

Did down to and including 4 reps....

Any suggestions for alternates to the clean. I am not comfortable with my form on this lift....looking for an alternative until I master the form
