Looking into getting a D-Ball to add variety to my workouts but am a little confused as to the kind to get. Semi-Bounceable, Non-Bounceable ?? BOTH ??

It looks as though they are using 2 different kinds of balls.

Is it worth getting both ??

I got the non-bouncing D-ball and the Dynamax.

I think it was a good choice.

It looks like the bouncing one could be fun too.

I have a 20lb Dynamax. What is the advantage to owning a 20lb D-Ball ?

We slam the d-ball, rageball, etc. We also wallball the d-ball, well we did before we got the dynamax.

I have a duct tape & Sand B-ball, but I think if I really get on it, it will explode.

Advantage #1 for D-ball: It won't blow up when you slam it (well, it is less likely to).

i have a dball and a dynamax. they are 2 different animals but look similar, same as looking at a horse and a mule. the dball is the mule. you have to work harder to bounce the d ball than if you are using the bouncing variety or a dynamax ball. plus the dball will hold up better to very forceful slamming.
