Yea, I try to copy it and it only post a pic not the video, I just don't know how to copy off face book onto here, I'll get it. It is just the daily 320lbs(145k) single. |

squat 115lbs x1 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 310lbs x1 all reps fine. Just still need to push my knees out. "Helen" Three rounds for time: Run 400 meters 1.5 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings 12 Pull-ups time 9:30 last time 10:39 last time 9:43 last time 11:04. all unbroken. Last run a bit slower to gain back my breathing to get on the KB. KB easy I think I could have gone faster here. I just swung it. pullups easy. Finisher: •40 Hollow Rocks •1 Minute Plank, 30 Pressups, 1 Minute Plank unbroken across the board. I think it took 3:40. I forget now. either 2:40 or 3:40. The pushups were 20 straight through and then one, and a breath at the top, and one more breath at the top. The plank at the end hurt on the shoulders at the start but eased off fine. |
