Hey Shane, Do you have time to put your workout classifications in a column on the side of the below mainpage WOD database I created. The strength one's are obvious to me but I am not sure the difference in metcon and muscular endurance, or some of the other categories. I can do myself if you tell me the general guidelines you used for each category. See attachment below.

My list isn't as pretty as yours. It's still a work in progress.

By the way a "muscular endurance WOD" is just a term I invented to describe certain aspects of the WOD. It's just an arbitrary definition.




I am coming out with a new edition when I get some more time after I finish my finals and head home for Christmas break.
