I actually did not make this workout up. It's from one of the workouts in Stew Smith's Navy SEAL workout books ([url=][/url]) but i thought it actually worked out really nice as a WOD if you did it for time. So here it is

For time
10 rounds of:
Swim 100m freestyle
20 pushups
20 situps

The pushups are a lot tougher when you're soaking wet. It's pretty fun.
