Do biceps, triceps, and forearms get enough stimulation from the WOD's so one does not have to work the arms directly (i.e. curls, pushdowns)?

ashley,
to be concise, yes.
pullups, pushups, dips (especially anything on the rings), etc should give your arms all the stimulus they need - look at your average gymnast. i honestly can not remember the last time i did any curls or other arm isolation exercise.
