-5RM Hang Power Clean(5 reps of course) -20 KB Swings(1.5 Pood) I have to go out of town tomorrow, sitting for 2 hours in the car. I need a workout that'll initiate my whole body, and this one should do well. My 5RM is 25 ibs, well I mean, that's what I am comfortable with doing for 50 reps, plus grip is all worn out from this week. You guys do whatever you can handle, and CAN only handle after 50 reps. |
