Complete the following in any order/combination you want. 30 Clean and Jerks 135 150 Air Squats 50 burpees I'm either doing it all consecutively, or breaking it into 3 rounds. |

21 pullups 21 burpees 10 hang power cleans 135# 15 pullups 15 burpees 10 hang power cleans 135# 9 pullups 9 burpees |

doing this tonight after strength work
8 Reps With a 135lb Barbell 2 Cleans + Front Squat + Right Leg lunge + Left Leg Lunge + 3 Push Press *For this movement you perform two cleans, stand up and do a front squat, stand up do a lunge with the right leg then left leg, then 3 push presses. Drop the bar and immediately do 5 burpees. This is not timed. Do the rep when you're ready. |

The burpees would skyrocket your heart rate. So I would alternate 20 squats, 5 cleans, and then alternate burpees and cleans so your heart is accustomed to the work. |

I did it as grace, then broke up the squats and burpees. I think her strategy was much better. It's hard to tell though. It seemed like 135 for me was much harder than 65lbs that she did. |
