Saw Robert, Nahomi and family, Kel, Ken, and Milt was in from Indiana.

Yesterday: 50 K Bike Ride on the Perkiomen Trail near Valley Forge National Park- about 3 hours with Andrew, Jennifer and Sandy

Picked raspberries along the way.

Monday: 1st Yoga class-seemed to help- squatting was easy at the end of the class.
