1 - 220 (miss) got under it - in a death grip. Probably didn't open hips all the way. I think my PR on this is 215 so I'm okay with this. I've really neglected the oly's in the last 6 mos.

about 27 secs off of my PR but - I'm okay with it. No butterfly kip this time. Just don't plan on doing that anymore unless I really have to (for time) in competition or something. Also, I hadn't done Fran in about 10 mos. I also at a bunch of ice cream today AND it was 90 in the box. Put all that together and wah wahhhh...

Did the Warrior Dash yesterday - 39.05 mins but - didn't really kill myself there. Paced with some people I knew in the beginning but kind of sped up towards the end.

good time anyway - stepped on a barbed wire fence.

1st ever hotel fitness center WOD but all they had were a few treadmills, an elyptical and a bike. Good thing I brought my rope...

Felt really good today my misses were more lack of concentration than anything. the 1st 165 was really bad but the other 2 were super close. I was under them - just not steady and a little off balance. My squat snatch PR is 155 - I've been really neglecting oly stuff so, I'm going to try to hit them once per week no matter what.
