Yea, I saw that for the HSPU that you scaled it.. that is smart, Nik.. I am going very easy on the shoulder until it feels better.. Sat I did a team WOD that was pretty easy and fun (just what I needed in the middle of my "party weekend"!!).. I didn't have any real pain, but I did take advil a couple of times over the weeknd.. today was pullups and heavy KB, but these don't tend to bother it anywhere near the heavy overhead lifts. (well.. at least not DURING the workout anyway!)..

I really like the CFFB workouts.. good luck with the recovery and remember to really take it easier than you think.. you only have 2 shoulders and if you screw them up, it is really not fun at all!! :highfive:

Nik what is the diff between mikes gym and PMenu?

Im on CFFB to, gonna stik with the colligate strength wods, then there normal wods after.

Yeh great season. Sorry to hear about the wee man, is he ill due to bad weather with u. It was hotter in scotland yesterday than it was in athens.

I don't know, weather is good, hot but good. Just a fever and bit of a stomach bug.


I just looked into Pmenu. It looks pretty good. I have done some Mikes gym's workouts. They are alot alike really. Pmenu has backsquat where I haven't seen any on Mikes. Mike has some different exercizes, but just looking at it, I guess it is what you favor. I really like Mikes, plus Mike has some great instructiin videos ect. All my oly work is following him.

I hope some one who has done Pmenu chimes in, I don't know enough about it to really make an opinion.

But for me, I love the oly lifts and Mike gets heavy ALOT and I can't keep up wirth both that and the mainpage. I should go woth a more strenth base workout, but I really want to oly lift. I may got Mikes for a month or two then go strenth after.

I didn't beat the 255lbs again. But I got more volume.

On the last set, my knees were going in and I went backwards a small step on the first rep. Happy enough. I had hoped for at least 260, but it was good enough.

Great looking workout....If you wanna do both look at Crossfit football.

Looks good, but I'm not pressing right now, My shoulder is acting up, I may do some light presses later just to test it a bit though.

Thanks, and I did more weight total. so it was a good lift.

We did some DU practice after, that was ''fun''!

great job Nik! Matched the same weight as last time and you got more volume at the same time. That equals a great workout. Are the quads still feeling soreafter the workout?

Thanks bud, quads are ok, feeling fat, a little tired, but ok. I bet tomorrow I will be sore!!

Nice Squats Nik, the volume is most important, gets you ready for next time.
