Friday is gonna kick off with Murph. Description doesn't mention any added weight; think they'll throw in the 20lb vest?

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread
it's been close for the 14/15 y.o. girls but looks like sullivan has faster pullups and pulling away now on wallballs. could go 4 for 4 1st places

Sullivan finishes before anyone else gets to 2nd box jumps.

Re: 2015 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread
The scaling for the teens is ridiculous. A 12" box jump for a 15 yr old girl! :wtf: 10 lb wallballs, and cutting DU reps in half ?!?!
To me it just seems like the games committee doesn't respect the teens, and/or has no idea what an athletic teenager is capable, maybe they should step outside?? |
