For scaled, one barbell or two? Two different weights would required loading/unloading 10 lb. plates to go from 95 to 115 each round.

They've always said in the past when you must use one barbell and change your own weights. I am pretty sure you can use two.

Doesn't say either way in the video or the printed standards. HUGE advantage to have 2 barbells -- no transition time.

Thoughts?
2 barbells otherwise you will loose so much time between the movements. I did it with 2.....
Bridges doing his hspu with hands too far apart so he's not reaching his tape mark. Getting no repped like crazy
Josh needed to point his toes downwards to raise his heels... that was the problem. Look at Panchik...

He will see that in the video and smash this by Monday..

He was pretty ****ed off, but that's what it is all about.. a new standard

What about ab mats and plates for the HSPU? I know that your head must pass below your palms if you use an ab mat and plates, but haven't tested it yet. What bumper plate does that equal out to? 25lbs? 35lbs? 45lbs?

Usually 45s will do the trick, just make sure you test it out before the workout.

Usually it is one bar and you change your weights, but since it doesn't specifically say that in the standards, I would say use two bars. Just be prepared to do the workout a 2nd time by Monday, since HQ loves to announce new rules (like in week 1), halfway through the competition.
