There are only a few things left that they have yet to reveal.

Box jumps
Thrusters
Clean and jerks
Rowing
Some form of Burpee

I would think some of these are coming up for 15.4

I also would not be surprised if there isn't another A and A1 event where you find your max snatch or OHS or something like that. We shall find out soon enough.

I'm thinking they bust out HSPU this week, based on these athletes.

I thought the same thing, that the athletes would be representative of teh workout, but everyone's talking about how Brooks seemed a poor choice for MU.

I believe the two of them did 14.4 last year. The chipper with the rowing.

I would love to see some strict HSPUs as well but I think it would be tough to video judge to see hand placement and feet staying put where they need to. I could end up being wrong but we will know for sure Thursday night.

Heavy snatch, dead lift..

S2O
HR Push ups
burpee in its own fashion
Thrusters
Box jumps
C and J
Row

Wild cards
Pistol
HSPU
HS walks

2 weeks maybe 3 or more scores?

Throw out worst score on one of the weeks?

Will see on Thursday... I have not been even close on reading Castro's mind.

I love the idea of a second 15.xA event, for a total of 7 scored events, and then throw out the lowest ranked score. That would really throw a wrench in the standings. But it will never happen. I can't think of HQ doing anything that would allow athletes to avoid a weakness.

I agree, that kind of defeats the whole mantra of Crossfit. It would be cool tho, I have a 50 year old female friend of mine who is sitting at 12th in the region but doesn't have MU's so she couldn't do the RX workout. That effectively takes her out of the race. Dropping that one workout would put her back near the top.

There are a few things we haven't seen yet that usually show up in the open:

Short time domain - 6 minutes or less
Long time domain - 15 minutes or more
Push-pull superset
Deadlift-box jump couplet
Ascending weights
Chipper
Shoulder to overhead
thrusters
burpees
rowing

I think Panchek vs. Bridges will be a short time domain with deadlifts, burpee box jumps, & maybe HSPU.

I think the Leblanc-Bazinet vs. Briggs vs. Thorisdottir showdown will be a longer workout with ascending weight thrusters and bar muscle ups.

I do not think the clock will save us this week, I think this will be get them done, you will complete X amount of reps for time. Just as in 14.5
