I was going to follow CFFB WOD but lack a 40# slamball....Not sure what a sub for that would be, so I did a FGB variant.

Scored 343 reps

I remembered why I hate thrusters....:p Much better with DBs though.

I decided to get up and log some miles this morning. My plan, out the door, was to run 4 miles on the trail that I did last weekend. Turns out that my body had other plans....:rofl:

My knee has been aching something fierce today!!!:cussing: I think I know why I've not run longer distances lately.....I've been icing it but no relief yet.

Dr. Oz and a host of others were in attendance.

I took another rest and recovery day for heal up some more, and actually get some sleep. The wife and youngest are down at the coast this weekend, so bachelor life is in affect.;)

Pull ups were difficult, as usual, but I bested last years time by nearly 4:30!!:highfive:

Rx'd finish time was 54:02. Found a comfortable partitioning system. Next year, I just need to speed up my running; first miles was 9 minutes, and final was 10.....:cool:

My legs were sore from the Murph Challenge....My upper body ached like hell last year but don't recall legs feeling this way.
