When I was turned on to CF earlier this year, I could not do one unassisted dead hang pullup. I could do 50+ strict pushups with my toes up on a swiss ball but not one stinking pullup.

I learned a lot on this site about how to start building my reps, GTG, ladders, negatives, etc.

One month ago I did ladders and got 60 dead hang pullups in 20 minutes. This morning I did the same routine and got 76. Of course now my new goal is 100!

If you would have told me 9 months ago that I get to 76 by the end of the year I would have chuckled and thanked you for being nice!!!

I've learned so much about building functional strength, and also how much I had wrong about fitness! I owe it all to the CF site and all the great people here.

Now I better learn to kip to get ready for the Ann Arbor Cert in April.:gunsmilie:
