Mir looked jacked!

BJ by decision (though I really want to see Sanchez win)
Mir by TKO round 2 or 3
Fitch by decision
Ken Flo by split decision

I think Sanchez has a real chance to upset BJ mainly because of his mental focus.

Re: Ufc 107

Penn via sub
Mir via sub
Florian via knockout
Fitch via decision
Struve might knock out the aging Buentello, but I'll go with Buentello with experience to his credit.

Undercard
Belcher via knockout
Hendricks via decision

You think Mir is going to stand toe to toe with Kongo? I hope he doesnt think his standup is that good yet, or else he might be in for a rude awakening.

I hate Frank Mir so much. He is a human popped collar.

Mir showed enough power to drop Nog, grant nog's stand up game isn't the greatest but Mir dropped him 3 times. Mir is coming a good 30lbs heavier and was looking a hella lot stronger then before. Kongo wants on of Mir's ground game, so he's going to try to keep it standing.

Mir ended up winng by choke but he dropped Kongo hard with a hook.

:notworth: I stand corrected, WOW. Great improvement in Mir's standup. That was some severe dominance. This actually made me a little excited to see a motivated Frank Mir vs. Lesnar III. Hopefully Brock gets better, because he has at least a couple fights that need to happen.

Mir looked great. He has shown huge improvement. I still wonder how he will fare against really good wrestlers. I'm thinking he can probably take Cain Valasquez.

Florian was impressive with his finish of Guida, and BJ looked great. I figured BJ would beat Sanchez but didn't expect him to completely shut Sanchez down like that.

FightMetric believes Penn landed 150 strikes to Sanchezís eight, and stuffed all 27 of his takedown attempts

For you guys saying Mir improved, how exactly has he improved?

All I saw was a guy that put on some weight, landed one big shot and subbed a (Maybe) top ten fighter who doesn't know jack on the ground.

Where is the improvement?
