Christmas Eve. What to WOD....? 12 Days of Christmas, of course!! My daughter wanted to do this with me until I explained how it worked. We sang the carol together and she changed her mind.

1 HSPU
2 Wall Ball
3 CTB
4 Burpees
5 Power cleans 115#
6 Deadlifts 205#
7 DU
8 KBS
9 Box jumps
10 Push ups
11 SU
12 Squats

Wasn't really going for time but completed the WOD in 35:00.

Hopefully, Santa brought me a C2 this year.....

The numbers, are they how many reps you were supposed to do? Do one HSPU then two wall balls then three CTB pullups and so on?
In text, it's easy to underestimate. Never underestimate the WOD, I learnt that the hard way :D

You are correct, Rasmus. I underestimated this WOD the first time that I did it:icon_spee Then again, I did my first WOD over 6 six years ago. After that, I learned to appreciate asskickory and pay due respect to Crossfit.:notworth:

Had a Merry Christmas gathering with my Family. It was great having them over, but now, I have too much food sitting around. Yeah, I ate a ton earlier, so I wanted to burn some of that off.

Began with some stretching, foam roller moves and 5k run. I didn't keep time but estimated about 25 minutes....

3rds per couplet of:
5 split jerks 135# ( haven't done these for over 8 months)
20 hammer strikes
--rest for 2 minutes--
5 back squats 225#
20 weighted reverse lunges 30#KB

Finished off with 3 x 30 sec planks, 3x 20 SU and 3x 30 body rows

"Dae Han"

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters with a 45 pound barbell
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
135 pound Thruster, 12 reps

Completed in 18:19. The runs didn't hurt me as much as I anticipated. I did get alot of stares throughout the neighborhood this morning. The best was from a county sheriff on patrol.... Almost thought I was going to get arrested.
I sub'd the rope climbs with 45 bodyweight pulls; I draped 6' of firehose over my squat rack and did the 45 reps per rd. More of a smoker than climbing IMO.
