I'm disappointed you didn't do all the hspu's as rx'd Nik, I was stuck on my head too at the beginning :D
I'm just not there yet!! I tried, I even took a break, walked arround a bit not to give in. I didn't have another one in me. I couldnt even do the assisted one with out stopping on my head to reset and push off.

hey nik, was flicking through your log, you have achieved alot and come along way in a short time! Being a beginner myself i had a look at your starting weeks and your results were very very strong from the beginning, especially compared to my feable beginner efforts. I was just wondering what you used to do before xfit?

Hey Manni!! Well I had been doing the triditional old school military workout. 4 sets 8 reps, bench, lat pulldowns, curls, squats, ect.

But just befor I started cross fit Brady(on the boards here) bought me a copy of the ''LL Coo J Platnum Work out''. I did it because Brady thought well enough to get it for me, I was going to do it. I don't recamend it. I didn't like it, I did finish it. So I had been working out two years befor Cross fit and running minimum two miles a day, plus bleachers.
You are mot febel!! You are at your level. Brady couldnt do maybe one pullup when he started with me. He did jumping pullups. Now he is RXing workouts. It will come.

You have a rope at work , I am so jealous, we had scaffolding around the building last year which got some good use. Were the double unders consecutive or did you take a break between them :D
