Yea, I am 30# off body weight. Time to start gaining strength by hook or crook! I am glad your back is better. Are you going to go play at the qualifiers? |

Oh yea, when it was posted that last years games were C2B I have been doing them as best as I can, not always C2B, but really darn close!! I'll probably mess aroud on the first rounds with different grips, inverted grip close, wide, till it gets to to many and them the kip will take over, but with C2B. |

warm up was 20 ghd's
ring stuff, back lever ect, air squats. With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. 17rounds 14 pullups rounds 1 throught 6 were dead hang first 14 rounds were strict C2B 15'th round started to drop on a couple 16 on were broken sets. |
