Re: Nik
Nick, have you got a home gym or do you work in/own a box? I'm very jealous of you being able to bash out these workouts during that day on your breaks... Although having said that there's no reason why I couldn't knock a few press-ups/sit-ups out as and when... You've inspired me!

We have a ''gym'' at our shop. We have a couple of bars , a little over 400lbd(181k) in plates and rubber bumpers, a rope, racking to do ghds and back ext, home made wallball. and a bunch of DBs and wa squat/bench rack with a pullup bar, I finally got a 2pood KB and 2, 1.5 pood KBs now. We have build a useable gym, but it is'nt great or anything. Kind of like a ''Rocky'' gym.It has what you need or we have made it. |

Do you have an old wagon that you can put people in for shoulder pressing!! Thats a nice WoD, the one with the rope climbs and deadlifts, I wish I could try it out, the rope at my gym is on a different floor than the weights. How high does your rope go up? |

I tell you it was hard on the grip big time. |
Re: Nik
3:00 break
squat 185lbs x3 235lbs x3 255lbs x2 285lbs x1 work 305lbs x2 305lbs x2 310lbs(140.6k) x2 really good sets today. Today started a goal of mine if I can maintain it. I wanted to be able to rep over 300. Today it was great. I had it in me for more reps in all sets. Usually I hit a single or multiples and push for a double at the end. today was all doubles and really good depth. Now the second reps were really hard, but doable. Really happy with it. |
