That's got to be it, your still fatigued from yesterday and hitting a workout in the morning like that is much harder than having the whole day to get the muscles warmed up for an evening attack. I always have a dodgy Saturday morning after the class Friday night.

The filming sounds brilliant, I hope you got sun glasses and the full stubble going on Nik, you definately gotta get some pics and post them up for us seeing as your not posting any workouts.
HAHA I will see what I can do, if nothing else I send out the movies to you guys if you want, if I can't get pics. It is supose to be about 30 to 40 min long. It is the ''next peisode'' in the story.

You have had some awesome WODs Nik. In re: walking handstands, the feet against the wall that I do is much easier and doesn't work the stabilizers/core anything like the real deal. I need to man up and go for it. The local h.s. football field would probably be a great place to go. Nice and soft landings.

That is where I did it. On the track. I was going to do it in the field, but it was wet. If you can get 1or2 steps I see it worth it. it took me 20 min to do and most of my steps were 2or3. It was fun.

I have done the wall walking, good sub, you can dtay up alot longet, it can be a killer.

Hey everyone. Well the filming went great, I got to be a securith gard for a mob boss in slacks and tank top and machine gon. Took all weekend to get the shots done, looks like the mivie will still take 6minths or more to finish. But I may get to post some shots this week.

On other news I am working on my car today(this morning) and Probably at lunch too, so I wont get much time on line because I'll we working on the car at breaks, so I'll catch up with everyone as quick as I can.

Eh, I haven't totaled in a wile, but it holds no apeal to me. If anything I'll try the hero if I can get time for it. I got to mess with the car at lunch, so if I get any time it will only be a few min. So I don't have tome for ''Forrest'' today. How was it by the way? Looks like you got a real good time.

Yeah I have no real urge to total, especially after watching lipson trying to break he's back on deadlifts, squeeze it off the floor!!!!! made my back hurt watching him.

I made a minor change to Forrest which made it easier seeing as towel pull ups do not fatigue your core as much as l-pull ups do so that was probably why my time looked quick.

You going to try and fit anything in today?

I need to, either something heave, oly, or a fast short(10min or less metcon, something light enough I wont fatigue, but I have no Idea of what)

I was looking at Mikes gym and thinking of doing todays snach work, but I don't know.
