Great work Nik, sounds like those Sotts presses get better the more you warm up an ddo them, your log makes that WOD sound like really good fun and your time definately stacks up well against other people.

Thanks Scott. it was fun. It was not real breathy, some, but not alot. TGU's are slow, so it wasn't to breathy. I did it in a kind of 3 setp, situp, get feet under you(harders part, the bar wanted to wonder here) stand up. Then I'd breath once with bar overhead, I'd be ok till I agot my butt down then I'd just kind of crash but keep the bar up. |

531 bench second cycle week 2 3x3 160lbs, 180lbs, 205lbs x4reps. I was shooting for 6 reps, but that 4th rep was hard and no spotter. |

30reps all GHD's Back ext 40lbs abmattsitups(22,8shoulders and abs are tired from yesterday) OHS's with bar. |

Yea,my shoulders are sore. Not real bad, but I feel the workout for sure. K Stars workout today should help that out though. I expect running or heavy metcon. It has been a wile. |
