Nice Squats Nik, the volume is most important, gets you ready for next time.
Thanks, I'm happy with it. I'd have liked to beat it, but I'm glad to match it plus the heavier sets. |
Re: Nik
Ok so Martin is still sick, poor lad. He is being great through it all. But we were up fron 2:00 am on. I'm tired.
I'm still doing the workout. I'll warm up a bit and see how the shoulder likes it today. but it should be ok. |

It seems to be c2b in all competitions now Ernie as its easier to see if a rep is good than judging whether the chin went over, besides its easier to switch to just chin if you need to in comp. My pr for chin over is 4.17 but I have not tried just chin over for 18 months. |

I don't know what my chin over fran is. I don't think I have done it just chin over. As far as i can remember it is alway C2B. If i did just chin over it would be pretty quick, the thrusters would be the deciding factor.
Hope your son feels better soon. its tough to work out when you are really tired. I'll be fine, just a bit tired. I'm more worried about my shoulder, but it is ok. So I will be doing fran. I hope to pr like you on it. Chin over is effortless now. |

Got a call, Martin is better, Dr said it was a stomach virus, marting is eating now and fever is gone.:) |
Re: Nik
"Fran"
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of: 95 pound Thruster from ground Pull-ups C2B time 6:27 last time 6:16 first set of thrusters all the way through, but after 10 reps, I took a double breath and then go. They were slow. Brady did it racked and took 2 breaks on the first set and we finished at the same time Second set in 5's, third set 5,4. It was slower but still felt good. I'm ready to passout now. Throat on fire. |
