Agree with Williams, Grace without anything afterwards you will smash it now, good score overall on Grindy as well.

Thanks, I went out on the cindy part, it was just time. I did'nt have the time you had or I'd have been after you! Still totally stoked on the pr and workout!

20 BF kip pull ups
20 push ups

kicking drills
rolled my back 2:00min
rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side
(short on time for the 30 rep warm up)

(time cap 15 mins)
•50,40,30,20,10 Rep rounds of double unders
•15 Overhead Squats after each round (42.5/30kg)

time 10:24
all about the DUs.
Warmed up fine and then on the first set i chipped away in bits to 20 then hit 30.
set of 40 broke at 25
30 went to 28
20 and 10 unbroken

OHSs were ok but slow after the first 5 reps or so. I dropped the bar on set 3 I think it was, I hit the bottom and the bar went forward on rep 6, just a bad rep.

Last round was all mental, I had to talk myself into every rep, shoulders felt all fat and weird but ok.

Slow picking the bar up.

Had no time for the finisher.

Fun work. Hard but fun.
