Its boring getting medium pain all the time haha |

Just when you feel you must stop, say in your head "10 MORE", I will do it also on the burpees, wall balls or box jumps , whatever brings 'Monty' out of he's lair. |

Five rounds for time of: 135 pound Power clean, 10 reps 15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball time 10:38 first two rounds unbroken then cleans were 7/4 wall ball 10/5 and last one unbroken that was hard on the quads, mine were screaming, glutes too, but not as much. |

A.M. warm up
3 rounds 10 GHDs 10 back ext 10 deadhang pullups(1round wide C2B, 2nd round close overhand, 3rd round close underhand 10 squats 10 abmatt situps 10 HSPUs 10 pushups happy with the 3 rounds 10 HSPUs, little hard on the last few reps but good all the way. Heel is slowly getting better, still sore, but not as sharp a pain. |

power cleans with Brady 2 reps every min on the nim. power clean @ 155lbs last set was 5 reps for fun. 12 close underhand grip deadhang pullups. Just messing arround mostly. It was fun. |
