Pier and back in 22:17, fastest time this year, but a long way from a PR. Am interested in taking a shot at a few of the Master's Games WODS, especially the DL ladder, might have had a chance to win that puppy.... |

Been away from the WODs with family stuff! (I did try to teach my Daughter-in-law how to clean. In the rain!!)
[B]WU:[/B] 400m run 100+ SUs 10 leg swings (each leg, both directions) 10 Push ups 5 sec Fingertip plank hold 10 Pull Ups 10 AbMat Sit ups 10 45# Presses 10 45# OHS [B]WOD:[/B] Muscle clean 1-1-1-1-1 reps 65#, 95#, 115#, 135#, 135# Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps 75#, 95#, 115#, 135#, 155# (1) Squat Clean 5-5-5-5-5 reps 75#, 95#, 115#, 135#, 135# [I] I hadn’t done Muscle Cleans & felt my last pulls had the “jump” (at least on one side. The Power cleans were tough, especially the 155#. I missed one by getting my thumb wrapped around the bar too tight. The screw up psyched me out. :mad: The good thing about my squat cleans was that my knee didn’t hurt. But, they WERE tiring!![/I] |

gym was closed friday and saturday due to coaches going to the games....took that as a sign to take a couple of days off
sunday.....went on a 2 hour mountian bike ride with some good friends....need to do more of this..... last nite at the gym fight go bad laterial wall ball sdhp w/20kg kb 20" box jump 30lb dbell bench airdyne rest 368 reps.....92 better than when we did it in late febuary :pepper::pepper: not sure why but i will take it |

I was able to get the OHS done straight through in the 1st, fourth, and last rounds. This was the SLOWEST time on the board. Yet, I clipped 5:13 off my last Rx attempt in April 2014!!!:pepper::pepper: Guess this CrossFit stuff works!! :D[/I] |

@Bill, that's a HUGE improvement, congratulations.
July 28-29-30 Stretching, walking, more stretching, trying to get upright. The back is starting to recover, the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train. |

Hello everyone. Glad to see you are all still kicking butt. Life in the country, work and vacations have gotten in the way of posting and formal workouts.
7/28 WU: Row 1km; walking lunges X 20yds; air squats X10; KB press 25, 35 X10; pull-ups bw, +15, +21 X10 Workout: Deadlifts 95, 115, 135 X10 7/29 Brush cutting and searching for myrtle spurge on our property. Myrtle spurge is apparently a class 1 noxious weed in CO. We got a nasty letter from the county telling us that it had been observed on the property and that we had ten days to respond with our plan for eradication. :censored: 7/30 WU: Row 1km; walking lunges BW, +15, +21 X20 yds; KB press 25, 35, 45 X10/side; pull-ups BW, +15, +21 X8 Workout: 35# KB swings X 50 |

j.t. i always love seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and knowing it is not a train. missed tuesday due to dealing with a very sick dog at the vets. yesterday....apparently stress (sick dog, work and other life issues) does wonderful things for a 10,000m row time knocked 2:08 off my last time 41:35 last nite |

Is it really August already? Back continues to improve, did some walking and some body weight movements. Lots of stretching, a few strict pullups and a few T2B. Did some coaching. Might try to lift something light tomorrow. |
