Geez... i just took the suggestion of a few people on the board and went and picked up some olive oil, i had no idea it would taste that horrible. I would rather sip on fish oil thru a straw then take shots of olive oil again. But for health i shall overcome.

Why not drizzle over..well..everything? I add olive oil to: salads, chicken, beans, avocado (try that for a fat boost: avocado slices, olive oil and some salt..MMmmmm), shakes... etc

Is their a special kind i should have got,for taste? The one i have say extra virgin olive oil...does that matter?

They do have slightly different flavors... I personally like the Spanish XVOO and the italian ones..

This stuff was like taking a shot of hard liquor and i dont drink so it almost dropped me. LOL..i have to figure out a better way to eat this..You said shakes..have any recipes?

Any shake with fruits will go well with OO, just don't pour 3 TBSP of the stuff or you will overpower everything!

I use Colavita ([url=][/url]). The web site has a lot of recipes and uses for olive oil. Drinking it straight is tough to do, so I would look for ways of incorporating it into dressings/marinades/etc.

try the extra light..its almost tasteless
