Hi guys , i was looking for a work out, i found box jump overs, i don't have a box due i work on ship, but i do have a tyer , you think tyer jump overs will be ok , its seem challenging :)

Can you land on the top of the tire though? My understanding of a [I]box jump over[/I] is you land on the top of the box, but then jump off to the opposite side.

Of course you can, why not...

Just put your mind to it... think outside the box...
