Good stuff Nik. Soreness should be alright, I didn't feel it too much yesterday, and usually get sore easily :)

Mate its one wod a day, so you perform two very compound demanding wods,and do well at both!! Dont be so hard on yourself, if you werent thinking of going to qualifiers....you should!!

It's ok, I knew going into the death by that I would be weaker, but I wanter to really hit my legs!!

Here it is on your log Nik, the workouts could go up anytime from 9 hours 50 minutes time, I do not know what time that is in the US but I am sure you can work it out.
