Today's WOD
 
Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

How much weight is to be used for today's workout. When crossfit does not specify are you supposed to just use something manageable?

Jona,

I was going to go with 80% of my 1RM but figured 10 rds was way too much....:eek:

I wound up beginning with about 60% and worked up in 10-15 # increments. Just my technique. Good luck. It was harder than I thought.
