Looking for advice on a post workout meal. Right now I usually cook a sweet potato wrapped in 6 pieces of bacon. I eat it exactly 7 minutes post wod. It works but I thought about taking out the potato. What do you think?

I just gained 90# on my back squat. I switched from using a foam roller on the bar for my shoulders, to one of these.

Stoked!!

It makes it a little harder bouncing the bar up off my shoulders at the top of every rep I do ... you know, to look cool and impress the ladies ... but I think having that extra plate on the barbell makes up for it. I can see them looking over from their treadmills and smiling.
AHA!!! Back squat, that explains it! I've been using that thing to crank up my front squats for months and it digs into my throat and makes it really hard to breathe.

I have some custom made plyo-platforms for sale. $50 each. They come in standard 20, 24 and 30" sizes but any length you desire is possible as they can be custom made to order.

Plyo-platforms are much like the beloved box but more stylish and boutique. You'll be the talk of the CrossFit community with a set of these babies.

I'm thinking a 50" for sure ... also, is it extra if I get a couple of the platforms split in two like the ones I see in the pic.? I figured I could improve my agility by jumping up on 2 or 3 of those stacked flat side up ...
