Did the Warrior Dash yesterday - 39.05 mins but - didn't really kill myself there. Paced with some people I knew in the beginning but kind of sped up towards the end.

good time anyway - stepped on a barbed wire fence.

1st ever hotel fitness center WOD but all they had were a few treadmills, an elyptical and a bike. Good thing I brought my rope...

AMRAP in 20 mins
400m run
40 double unders
6 rounds plus roughly half of the run.

Kept hitting the drop ceiling with my rope.

Felt really good today my misses were more lack of concentration than anything. the 1st 165 was really bad but the other 2 were super close. I was under them - just not steady and a little off balance. My squat snatch PR is 155 - I've been really neglecting oly stuff so, I'm going to try to hit them once per week no matter what.
