AHHHHH!! I feel like crap!!! I think I'm getting a head cold!! My son is sick, wife is sick. I don't need it, so I don't know what I will do workout wise, I feel like half power as it is!!!!:ranting2:

Dont push it bro, im good at dishing out sensible advice (maybe one day i take it to lol). Youve been doing so well recently, that a crappy workout will just make you feel even worse!! Ricky |
