It's the one from Sunday...

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

It will either be that or the thruster max.

AHHHHH!! I feel like crap!!! I think I'm getting a head cold!! My son is sick, wife is sick. I don't need it, so I don't know what I will do workout wise, I feel like half power as it is!!!!:ranting2:

Lucky you. It's a rest day. ;)

Just take the rest day or some light activity. Don't push it.

You have me pegged, I was going to suffer so week attempt at a workout, but I know I shouldn't and rest up.

Dont push it bro, im good at dishing out sensible advice (maybe one day i take it to lol).

Youve been doing so well recently, that a crappy workout will just make you feel even worse!!
