50 back ext. with 25lbs
3x5 squats with 85lbs ROM work
3x5 shoulder press 85lbs

It was ugly, but I got through it!

CFWUx3 plus 25lbs OHS's, light deads , light hanging cleans

Squat clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

This was form work / max.I was really happy with my form, not so with weight.

This was first time maxing on squat cleans.

1. 85lbs
2.105lbs
3.115lbs
4.125lbs
5.135lbs
6.155lbs
7. F @ 165lbs with 3 tries. I know I could have gotten it with more reps, it wasn't the weight so much as elbow form. I couldn't quite get my elbows up enough. I could have gotten it but I stopped, that was good for today. Had to check the ego, it is still a little brused.

Well I didn't get to workout thurs, friday,sat, sun. My wife was of a job training thing all week so I was watching by boy.

And I didn't have access to the internet, so I will be catching up with everyones logs for the next couple of days.
