yes, back flat legs straight, bend at the hip. On tyhe back pike your back is level with the ground, legs bent at the hip, feet pointed to the ceiling. it is eassier then a real lever, a step up from the tuck lever.

2 sets 10 front squats @ 105lbs 9to loosen my back, it is a little sore today0
muscle up progerssions.

Three rounds for time of:
21 L-Pull-ups
15 ft. L-rope climb, 3 ascents(climbs were with feel)

Warm up was
30 situps with 40 lbs
30 back ext 30lbs
60 air squats
30 ring dips


Time was 18:32

3 ''L'' pullups on first round in a row, then a couple of doubles
most were singhe

Rope climb with feet.


cool down wasd 3 round of 10 with 30lbs vest
kip pullups (just short of C2B, not for the lack of trying)
pushups

10 30lbs dead hang pullups.

95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

warmup was
30 situps 40lbs
30 back ext 40 lbs
60 squats

WOD time 16:48

I saw someone do this today. Ouch. It looks HARD. I'll give it a go soon. Probably Monday or Tuesday.

Not as bad as I thought, the OHS's were un broken, the run is what killed me.
