You should be glad you did hspu instead, more work , more training, get stronger, nice work on getting them 11/10 first round, after a set of 11 a set of 10 is hard.

Buddy, I will help keep you acount able as long as you want me too. I know it stings for some one to pick you up on the fact you are not doing something you are supose to be doing.

Anyway, you have to remember you are doing it for you, so your PRs are well earned. No shame in that. My press is terreble, I have a weak press. I get a pr and I will be jumping!!

185lbs x1
235lbs x0
185lbs x2
235lbs x1
285lbs x1

good saet. Started out feeling tight and sore. I picked up 235lbs and it did'nt feel right, set it down, though about stopping, dropped weight and went on. Glad I fought through it.

Re: Nik

Strong Jerks Nik. I noticed your programming has been a bit here and there lately, some of our CM2 stuff, a lot of squatting and hspu work and some workouts you have picked from other logs. Its good fun hitting around for a while but you end up missing stuff like what you said about the jerks.

Not being bossy just a heads up , also I know the arthritis has been bothering you and a few injuries on top and that could be the reason for the programming change.
