Thanks for the props, Carter. Glad the cert is going so well - - I thought it would! As for the Level-1, if you are meant to go, you will go....funds not withstanding. You are passionate about CF - - that's the most important thing.

Trip was a blast - - particularly getting to help my wife's younger brother with electrical work at his home and then getting to see my Dad and Step-mom.

My friend, last week proved that sometimes unplanned rest days are a good thing, and can do you good....!!

I obviously don't know a lot about my old bod....I'd never have thought with as much time as I've lost to workouts lately, that I'd do so well.....
