i'm an ice and alpine climber in the winter and climb rock in the summer. my question is, do you think crossfit will help my climbing? usually have a 5 or so mile approach to a climb carrying a 30lb. pack, climb a route, and hike back out. i'm looking to gain muscle endurance most of all, but also would like to gain a little bit of size (currently 6' 2", 170 lbs. 175 would be ideal) any advice would be appreciated!
