AMRAP in 20 mins 7 ring dips 9 KB swings 2 pood 11 burpees 10 rounds + 1 burpee Box squats On 2 45's and a 10. Just below parallel. 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 EMOTM ended up finishing at 215. |

Took some time off...unwanted as we had a death in the family (Tracy's Mom). Got back after it this week a few days though.
12/23 Weighted pullups neck to bar Got 52 and barely missed 57. Chin was over on 57 but not neck to bar. 21-15-9 Front squat 95 Ring push-ups 8:42 I think 12/24 Deadlift 5 - 185 3 - 235 3 - 265 3 - 295 3 - 325 3 - 355 (PR) |

Push press 3 - 115 3 - 135 3 - 155 3 - 165 3 - 175 3 - 185 (miss) got 2. Haven't done these in a long time...none since I started using proper rack position. The 175 is a PR tie. |

'The Chief' 5 rounds - 3 min rounds for max rounds. 3 Power cleans, 135 6 push-ups 9 squats 5 + 3 power cleans 5 + 1 pc 4 4 4 + 3 pc - or something like that. Few notes - I tried to game this a bit so I went a bit sloppy on my push-ups. body still straight and torso to deck but not slightly hollow like I normally do. I also tried to save some to get the most full rounds as possible. Looking back. I think I could've done 6 then 5 at least in the first two rounds. I also forgot to rest the full minute on the last round. owell. Still a big PR. 22 full rounds. |
