Stayed at 20lb DB. WOD: Annie 50-40-30-20-10 Reps of Double Under Sit Ups I doubled the SU, 9:30- not too bad considering its been a long time since I dd this one. Best is 9:08. |

9.14.2018 Friday 5 x 3 Bench Press (5 sets): Bench Press x 2-4 reps 95-135lb 3x 140lb 1x WOD: Nicole AMRAP in 20 minutes 400 Meter Run Max Pull-Ups Score is total of unbroken Pull-Ups completed in all rounds. I was able to RX this one:pepper: Ran 6x got 54 PU. Did 1st two sets strict. 10,8,10,8,10,7 9.15.2018 Saturday, Made a Saturday Session!!! WU: AssaultBike 5Min. then some cool warm-up activiites as a group. Bench Press Sets for 3 95-135, failed at 145lb Deadlift sets of 6: 135, 185,205lb WOD: 2Man Partner 100 DB Lunges 5 sets @ 20Ft 75 DB Snatch 300DU / 600SU SU for us..... 100 DB Lunges 5 sets @ 20Ft 75 DB Snatch Couple of old guys took 18:15. Nice workout today!!! |

Team- We are going to the Carolina's on Monday.... right into the Storm, hope it lets off some before we get there. Going to WEG World Equestrian Games, the Olympics for Horses. Our horse is a Vaulting horse and will be carrying a gal from South Africa, and a gal from Australia. Should be fun. And we get to see the Europeans do some horse Vaulting, for some reason they are the best in the world, like Soccer!!! Our daughter vaults but she did not qualify for the US team,:mad: Safe Travels to us!!!
