Walking lunge 100 ft.
21 Pull-ups 21 Sit-ups Walking lunge 100 ft. 18 Pull-ups 18 Sit-ups Walking lunge 100 ft. 15 Pull-ups 15 Sit-ups Walking lunge 100 ft. 12 Pull-ups 12 Sit-ups Walking lunge 100 ft. 9 Pull-ups 9 Sit-ups Walking Lunge 100 ft. 6 Pull-ups C2B 6 Sit-ups Abmatt anchored time 9:17 last time14:18 all unbroken. Lunges were waht did it. I was able to push through and not stop or take that step at the top of the lunge when you stand up all the way. I sdtepped through the top and kept going. My foot did touch the ground at the top a few times, but not enough to slow me down. The turn arround felt slow, but fast enough to PR All pullups Chest to bqar, unbroken Situps abmatt anchored, unbroken, but slower at the end some. If I didn't have Brady there watching and coaching I'd have though I messed up. It felt that way anyway, but it was all good. |
