Dawn's WOD logs

Im new to the log entries but I can say Id be even more modivated to keep up on my weekly entries.

Ill start with last nites workout

"Jackie" modifed
spin bike 2miles heavy resistance
50 thrusters 20 lb wt
30 pullups

Monday I did Chelsea
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Did as many rounds as i could in 30 mins. I think my last count was 10. Seeing that it was my first workout with CF i was beyond dead when i was finished. Its thursday and Im still feeling the pain.
